Responsibilities:
- Market Insight and Strategic Recommendations: Research overseas national policies and industry trends, collect policy information related to the company's business, and consider the business environment, regulations, culture, and competitors in overseas markets. Provide strategic suggestions for overseas market development and assist in adjusting the company's overseas business strategies to enhance competitiveness.
- Business Expansion and Operations & Maintenance: Explore overseas markets, focus on expanding and maintaining local operator customers, and oversee negotiations, promotion, and implementation of communication infrastructure projects to ensure smooth operations.
- Asset Expansion: Negotiate with local tower companies and expand overseas assets through mergers and acquisitions to increase market share and asset scale.
- Relationship Building and Maintenance: Establish contacts with overseas stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, industry associations, Chinese embassies, and the Ministry of Commerce.
- Crisis Public Relations and Emergency Response: Manage overseas government regulatory crises and emergencies, develop emergency plans, and implement them to minimize negative impacts on the company's image and business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above with overseas market expansion experience.
- Proficient in spoken English for daily communication and work.
- Strong commercial and systematic thinking, risk prediction, and resource integration skills to support overseas expansion.
- Excellent research and analysis abilities, political sensitivity, and understanding of government structures, policies, and international situations.
- Experience in the communication industry, operator resources, and mergers and acquisitions, especially in communication tower construction, is preferred.
- Ability to solve problems independently, adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and withstand stress.
- High self-motivation and enthusiasm, with a proactive approach to work goals.
- Experience working overseas and understanding of local cultures.
