We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth for EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE)—a cutting-edge, software-defined industrial automation solution. This role focuses on expanding market awareness, influencing key decision-makers, and driving adoption among system integrators, OEMs, and industrial end-users, with the ultimate KPI of increasing sales growth in EAE.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Direct sales through customer engagement—promote, prescribe, and close deals for EAE.
  2. Identify and initiate relationships with accounts aligned with EAE’s capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with broader sales and technical teams to drive and secure large-scale opportunities.

Must be a Sales HUNTER Profile: We seek a highly motivated, results-driven professional with expertise in industrial automation, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, technical sales, and solution consulting, with proven ability to influence decision-makers and drive technology adoption.

This role requires a strategic thinker capable of working autonomously while collaborating within a matrix organization. The successful candidate will be recognized as a subject matter expert, guiding internal teams and external customers and partners during EAE implementation. Deep knowledge of industrial segments and their applications (WWW, MMM, CPG, E&C, Infrastructure, C&SP) is advantageous.

  • Experience in launching and scaling new products, offers, and solutions.
  • Ability to develop and execute impactful business development strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills, from the shop floor to the C-suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years in consultative, technical solution sales.
  • Deep understanding of industrial automation and applications.
  • Embedded Software Engineer background, preferably with IT focus.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
