Shining 3D in São Paulo seeks a clinician-focused enablement professional to support academic and marketing initiatives. You will develop clinical materials, train users, and assist pre-sales with product feedback and workflows, ensuring content reflects real-world clinical usage.

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required; English is a plus, and applications in English are preferred to speed screening. On-site position based in São Paulo with opportunities to engage at academic conferences

Responsabilités

• Academic & Marketing Enablement: speak at conferences, develop clinical case materials, support user communities, relay feedback to product team.
• Product-Side Enablement: assist in testing, create product manuals and SOPs, validate new applications, monitor device usage and collect requirements.
• Clinical Workflow Training: conduct online/offline training sessions for end-users by product line or topics.
• Clinical Case Support: provide technical support for complex cases, advise on scanning parameters, design adjustments and printing optimizations.

While this is an on-site position based in São Paulo, applications from candidates currently residing in the city are highly preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Academic & Marketing Enablement

• Serve as a speaker or workshop facilitator at academic conferences and trade shows to enhance the brand’s professional image.


• Develop clinical case materials for use in marketing collateral, such as brochures, social media content, and short-form videos.


• Support the management of user communities to cultivate "seed" users and key reference clients.


• Gather and relay user feedback to the product team.


• Monitor and analyze competitor information to develop product sales messaging and toolkits.

Product-Side Enablement

• Assist in internal and external testing of new products.


• Contribute to the creation of product manuals, clinical solution SOPs, and training materials, ensuring all external-facing content accurately reflects real-world clinical usage.


• Lead the validation of new product applications and workflows, providing insights to the pre-sales team.


• Monitor device usage via backend systems; proactively engage with low-activity users to collect feedback and requirements, sharing these with the product department while assisting the marketing and sales teams in developing appropriate response strategies.

Clinical Workflow Training

• Supplement the pre-sales team’s efforts by conducting online and offline training sessions (organized by product line or specific topics) directly for end-users.

Clinical Case Support

• Provide technical support for complex clinical cases. When clinicians encounter challenges—such as difficulties in scanning, suboptimal design, or unsatisfactory final printed results—our clinical experts will assist in analyzing the cases and provide recommendations on scanning parameters, design adjustments, and printing process optimizations.

SKILLS WE ARE SEEKING:

• Background in dentistry; dental technicians preferred, followed by dentists.


• Strong proficiency in Purtuguese and Spanish (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for professional use.


• Prior work experience is preferred.


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
