You will support users across the USA time zone and collaborate with global teams. Advanced English and strong Python automation skills are essential, with experience in IaC and cloud provisioning.

Position:

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Londrina (Onsite)

In this role you will:

• Develop automation scripts (with AI support) to setup Data Bases Services in Cloud (AWS, Azure ).
• Support the users at USA time zone for any issue on use of those scripts or the DB setup.

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced English.
• Advanced experience in Python, with a focus on process automation and integration with cloud services.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, mainly AWS and/or Azure
• Experience in service provisioning automation, including database configuration in cloud environments
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve failures in Python scripts and cloud infrastructure

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), especially with Terraform or similar tools
