Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer in Brazil to design, implement and maintain enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.

You will build CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates, and manage Docker and Kubernetes workloads while ensuring security and reliability. This role offers growth in cloud modernization and digital transformation within a global IT services leader.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reliability, and performance.
• Experience with Git and source control.
• Must be located in Brazil.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade DevOps and cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support frequent software releases.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC methodologies.
• Manage and optimize containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement cloud security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, availability, and performance across production environments.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across DevOps processes and tooling.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on DevOps and Azure technologies.
• Support cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

Required

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Extensive experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise‑scale environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization
• Experience implementing DevOps best practices across complex and distributed environments
• Strong experience with source control systems such as Git
• Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance practices within cloud environments
• Experience supporting mission‑critical production environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead technical discussions and drive DevOps strategy and best practices
• Must be located in Brazil

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-305, AZ-104, or equivalent
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Experience with SRE practices and reliability engineering
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Experience working in global enterprise environments
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading DevOps transformation initiatives
