Tata Consultancy Services in Brazil is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across teams, implement Kanban flow, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive data-driven delivery with Jira dashboards.

The role requires strong facilitation, experience with distributed teams, and knowledge of SAFe/LeSS frameworks, plus cybersecurity and data analytics insights. Competitive benefits and international exposure offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead in global environments.
• Proven ability to operate under high change and pressure.
• Strong Kanban, flow management and demand shaping experience.
• Experience with stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Advanced facilitation and conflict management skills.
• Hands-on Jira for workflow management and metrics.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
• CSM/PSM/KMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in Cybersecurity domain and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Agile practices with Scrum + Kanban in a dynamic demand environment.
• Establish and evolve flow-based practices (WIP limits, CS, intake).
• Transition teams to predictable, sustainable flow and delivery.
• Facilitate ceremonies and drive real delivery outcomes beyond rituals.
• Serve as liaison between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Promote transparency on trade-offs, capacity, risks, and changes.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful dashboard delivery.
• Maintain plans, status reports, and prioritized backlogs with Product Owners.
• Identify and remove impediments for smooth sprint execution.
• Track KPIs and drive data-driven improvements; support Jira dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile practices using a hybrid approach (Scrum + Kanban), adapting ways of working to a dynamic demand environment.
• Establish and evolve flow-based practices (WIP limits, classes of service, intake processes).
• Transition the team from reactive delivery toward predictable and sustainable flow.
• Facilitate ceremonies when relevant, but focus beyond rituals toward real delivery outcomes.

Stakeholder Alignment & Demand Management

• Serve as the primary liaison between Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate constructive conversations under pressure, balancing urgency and delivery sustainability.
• Promote transparency and alignment on trade-offs, capacity, risks, and impact of changes.

Project Management

• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of dashboards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and schedules.
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth sprint execution.

Metrics & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators enabling data-driven decision making across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive improvements using data and flow metrics (lead time, throughput, WIP, cycle time, velocity, burndown charts).
• Support the use of Jira to create dashboards, reports, and metrics that promote visibility and accountability.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead in global and complex environments.
• Proven experience operating in high-pressure or high-change environments.
• Strong experience with Kanban, flow management, and demand shaping.
• Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management and metrics tracking.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, KMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in the Cybersecurity domain.
• Experience with data analytics and metrics reporting.
• Experience leading Dashboard Visualization teams and familiarity with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
• Background in software development, QA, or product management.
