Responsibilities

• Lead development teams, promoting organization, alignment and high performance

• Improve internal processes, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
• Work integrally with Development, Product, QA, Support and Infrastructure teams to ensure clear communication and consistent deliveries
• Encourage innovation and adoption of new technologies that bring scalability, security and efficiency to the solutions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a technical lead, coordinator or manager in Software Development
• Experience in people management: supervision, feedback, goal-setting and team development
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, integrations and engineering best practices
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
• Experience managing backlogs, handling requests, prioritization and tracking deliveries
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing and quality practices
• Decision-making ability, organizational skills, system thinking and clear communication
• Experience with SaaS products or large-scale solutions
• Knowledge of solutions focused on healthcare, HR, ERP, legal or related areas
