Jobtailor in São Paulo is seeking a Lead Software Development Manager to guide a growing engineering team. You will align product priorities, mentor engineers, and foster growth in both technical and behavioral capabilities, ensuring steady delivery and high quality.

You will coordinate with Product, QA, and other teams, promote Clean Code practices, and shape scalable architectures across PHP, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Python stacks using MVC, Serverless, and APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the development team, tracking performance, providing continuous feedback, and encouraging technical and behavioral growth.
• Oversee the handling of support tickets and technical requests, ensuring proper prioritization, deadline compliance, and delivery quality.
• Support technical impact analysis, effort estimation, and sizing for new requests, projects, or improvements.
• Ensure technical documentation of solutions, maintaining standards, clarity, and knowledge traceability.
• Serve as a point of contact between the technical team, Product, QA, and other areas, facilitating communication and alignment.
• Monitor operational indicators (ticket volume, bottlenecks, technical risks).
• Promote development best practices, organization, and code quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and the work environment.
