Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a hands-on Developer Lead (.NET + Angular) based in Brazil. You will drive design, architecture, and delivery of a scalable SaaS platform for global trade, guiding a distributed team and emphasizing AI-first development.

Formación

• 10+ years of software development across multiple languages.

• 3+ years hands-on with agentic AI-first tools and processes.
• Secure web services and frontend architectures knowledge.

• Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Developer Lead to drive the development of a next-generation Global Trade Management SaaS platform. In this role, you will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions. You will play a key role in shaping architectural decisions, establishing engineering best practices, and guiding a distributed development team. Working across the full software development lifecycle, you will collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into impactful technical solutions. You will also embrace an AI-first development approach, leveraging emerging tools and technologies to improve productivity, innovation, and software quality. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex SaaS applications using .NET, C#, VB.NET, and Angular.
• Drive technical and architectural decisions, including platform selection, coding standards, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions in collaboration with a distributed engineering team.
• Contribute throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Mentor and support junior developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
• Oversee development estimates, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and design effective application solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to management and contribute to the long-term technology strategy and development of new products.
• Apply an AI-first approach across software development lifecycle activities, exploring agentic AI tools and innovative engineering practices.
• Encourage continuous improvement and technical innovation through experimentation and dedicated innovation time.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software development experience across multiple programming languages, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• 5+ years of experience developing software within the Global Trade industry, particularly in logistics, customs, or supply chain management.
• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, particularly C# and VB.NET.
• Extensive experience building responsive front-end applications and single-page applications using Angular and JavaScript.
• Solid experience developing and consuming REST APIs, with familiarity with API documentation and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
• Working knowledge of Datadog for observability, application performance monitoring (APM), and real-user monitoring (RUM).
• Experience with cloud-native development using AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with agentic AI-first development tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of application security across web services and front-end applications.
• Lead-level knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and N-tier architecture.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining large-scale or enterprise-level SaaS applications.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in iterative, evolving environments where requirements may be loosely defined and priorities adapt to customer feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and communicate progress and blockers clearly.
• Fluency in English.
• A customer-first mindset, with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes rather than simply completing tasks.
