Sinch is seeking a mid-level data analytics professional to deliver actionable insights, maintain dashboards, and develop data models that guide strategic decisions in a fast-paced tech/telecom environment.

You will partner with Data Delivery, Product, Marketing, Operations and other teams to integrate analytics into business processes, improve data quality, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with SQL or comparable expertise in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, finance).
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to solve business problems using data and analytics.
• Advanced/fluency English communication skills, both verbal and written.

DESCRIPTION

Mid-level position – You will support the business by delivering actionable insights, maintaining robust dashboards, and developing data models that guide strategic decision‑making. Big Plus:

• Experience working in a global, multi‑timezone environment.
• Telecom or tech industry experience.
