Sinch is seeking a backend-focused engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, distributed services. You will work with JVM/Java, Spring, Reactor, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and MySQL to deliver scalable systems.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on observability and security. Ideal candidates have experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and a deep understanding of distributed architectures

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
• Production-level backend development experience using JVM/Java.
• Knowledge in SQL and no-SQL databases such as Redis and MySQL.
• Knowledge in asynchronous message processing using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Deep understanding of the Spring Framework.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Kotlin and Reactor.

DESCRIPTION

In order to contribute to this role, you need to have experience in backend development and be an expert in distributed systems that process a high volume of information, that demand high performance and reliability. You must have experience with databases technologies, queue systems, and streams.

In addition, you will also be one of the responsible for sharing knowledge with the team to build and maintain a high-performance team.
