Alibaba Group is seeking a senior operations leader to drive e-commerce supply chain initiatives, including pricing, profitability, and campaigns across cross-functional teams. You will own governance, SOPs, and performance tracking to ensure execution excellence.

You will coordinate with commercial, marketing, and product stakeholders to plan promotions, submissions, and channel activities while leading a skilled team to deliver high-impact results.

• Lead Sri Lanka's Supply Chain operation team to manage business's pricing, profitability and marketing & campaigns
• Own the business profitability with proper governance & SOPs set-up, performance tracking through management reporting and working with cross-functional teams for reconcilation
• Work closely with Business function for price & promotion planning and work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of marketing & campaigns
• Work closely with relevant business operators to execute channel page, promotion & pricing submissions with high operational excellence.
• Act as the key point of contact between Regional Channel teams, stakeholders including Commercial, Marketing and cross-functional teams including Product & Tech.
• Own the business performance & KPI and provide insights, updates, and feedback to the regional team.

Position Requirement

• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, platform operations, or commercial roles.
• 1-2 years experience of leading a team.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure, time-sensitive executions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills.
• Marketplace or platform campaign experience is a strong advantage.
