Alibaba is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to own the day-to-day performance of DEX branches in the region. You will guide Branch Supervisors for smooth operations, and produce regular performance reports to inform leadership decisions.

You will drive KPI achievement, analyze data for trends, and ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance. Collaboration with HR for staffing and deployment is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business management or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, courier, last-mile delivery, transportation, warehouse, or branch operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches or operational locations.
• Experience managing field teams, delivery riders or large operational teams.
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations and operational KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting/analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of assigned DEX branches under the assigned region.
• Provide direction and support to Branch Supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly regional performance reports.
• Participate in operational review meetings and present branch performance, ensuring management decisions are cascaded and implemented at branch level.
• Take overall accountability for achieving assigned regional operational KPIs.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, productivity gaps, performance deviations and take corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent implementation of DEX SOPs, operational controls, and compliance requirements across all branches.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and deployment requirements in coordination with management and HR.
