DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a data-driven BI intern to support the delivery business insights for the Latin America region. You will work with the CX and BI teams to design reports, develop alert systems, and refine dashboards while exploring AI-driven analytics to surface key metrics.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Excel, and dashboard tools, with training sessions to promote data-driven decision making. English fluency required, internships welcome.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related analytical discipline.
• A data-driven mindset with interest in roles that provide actionable insights to organizations.
• An AI curiosity: interest in learning and applying AI tools to enhance data analysis, streamline workflows, and boost productivity.
• Core technical foundations: basic hands-on knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Strong collaborative abilities: excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Language proficiency: fluent in English (B2 - C1 level).

• Support BI and Business Process teams by integrating user manuals and documentation, utilizing AI tools to streamline drafting of technical documentation.
• Gain hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Excel, and dashboard creators and AI workflows to generate insights.
• Assist BI team with qualitative research and sentiment analysis to understand the voice of the customer.

Document Insights & Best Practices

Conduct training sessions to help users leverage reports for business insights and foster a data‑driven decision‑making culture.

Support Business Process teams and other stakeholders by integrating user manuals and documentation to ensure proper report usage, utilizing generative AI tools to streamline the drafting and structuring of technical documentation.

Learn and Apply BI & AI Tools

Gain hands‑on experience with business intelligence tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Dashboard creators) and modern Artificial Intelligence workflows to generate insights.

Assist BI team members in qualitative research and analysis, exploring AI tools for text and sentiment analysis to better understand the voice of the customer.

Observe and learn from experienced BI team members to understand best practices in data analysis and reporting.

Support the team in organizing and preparing datasets for analysis, learning how AI can accelerate routine data cleaning and prep workflows.

Core technical foundations: You possess basic hands‑on knowledge of Excel and SQL.
