Job summary

DiDi Chuxing is seeking a seasoned CX Data & Insights lead to drive AI-powered analysis, reporting, and pipeline improvements within the CX organization. You will interact with stakeholders worldwide and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights.

You'll guide a data science team, connect CX metrics with business goals, and manage fintech stakeholders across Brazil and Mexico while advancing data visualization and storytelling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI analysis and data pipeline development.
• Strong SQL/Python/R skills for data analysis.
• Ability to tell data stories to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with dashboards and data visualizations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI initiatives to automate analysis, reports and pipelines within CX.

You will lead the CX Data & Insights team supporting the fintech business, being able to interact with stakeholders from all over the world and generate directly business impact.

In this role, you'll be...

• Lead AI initiatives to automate analysis, reports and pipelines within CX.
• Lead NPS project to connect perception metrics with CX metrics and business metrics.
• Leading a data science team to impact the business.
• Managing CX Fintech stakeholders from Brazil and Mexico.

• Developing and reviewing SQL codes, R and/or Python.
