- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Business Understanding: Ability to understand business performance, identify growth opportunities, and connect data insights to business decisions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ownership & Proactivity: Hands-on, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement.
