A leading company in the chocolate industry is seeking a Customer Sales Executive in São Paulo to drive sales strategies and manage key accounts in Chile. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience in the consumer goods industry. This hybrid position involves frequent travel and will focus on achieving growth and profitability through effective business planning and execution.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite is necessary.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Availability for international travel (70% of the time).

  • Lead presentations of new items and portfolio innovations.

We announce the position: Customer Sales Executive

Hershey is hiring a Customer Sales Executive to work in São Paulo, in a hybrid format.

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Customer Sales Executive will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic sales plans in Chile to achieve Sell In and Sell Out targets, ensuring long-term growth and profitability, increasing market share, based on Distributor procedures. They will also be responsible for joint business planning with KA in Chile to drive volume, profit, and share growth of the Hershey’s Portfolio. Additionally, they will manage the annual promotional budget used to negotiate new item listings, consumer deals, secondary locations, features, and in-store activities to drive growth and strategy in key customers via the distributor.

Daily Activities
  1. Develop joint business planning with Chilean Top Retailers to drive volume, profit, and share growth of the Hershey’s Portfolio, based on country strategy.
  2. Participate in all Top Retailers meetings with Distributor KAMs.
  3. Lead the presentation of new items/portfolio in Key Accounts (launches/innovations) and coordinate internal processes for excellent execution.
  4. Lead seasons meetings with Key Accounts to ensure on-time implementation.
  5. Conduct biweekly trade visits with Distributor KAMs to supervise sales program execution, adjust as needed, and provide updates to the field operations group.
  6. Monitor implementation of monthly activities, capturing success learnings, competitor activities, and necessary adjustments for top seasons and innovations.
  7. Control the Hershey budget effectively, monitor investments, analyze and propose promotions for different customer segments to generate profitable growth in sell-out and market share.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
  2. Previous experience in consumer goods industries is a plus.
  3. Proficiency in Office Suite is necessary.
  4. Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
  5. Availability for recurring international travel (70% of the time).
