Kanry Search Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer in the Semiconductor/Electronics manufacturing sector in the North Area. You will act as the primary quality interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams, manage complaints, and lead root-cause analysis.

You will drive containment actions, report quality metrics, support audits, and collaborate with Process, Product, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality teams to improve product quality and customer

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in Customer Quality/Quality Engineering/Manufacturing Quality in semiconductor/electronics.
• Hands-on experience with customer complaints, 8D, CAPA, RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone.
• FMEA and quality improvement methodologies.
• Experience with customer audits and quality reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar QM systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; cross-functional work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA and other root cause analysis activities.
• Coordinate containment actions and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and present quality reports, including yield, DPPM, customer quality metrics and investigation findings.
• Support customer visits, audits and quality review meetings.
• Work closely with Process, Product, Manufacturing and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, customer requirements and industry standards

• Basic salary up $7000 + AWS + VB + Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Quality, Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality within the semiconductor, electronics or precision manufacturing industry.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Customer complaint handling

  • 8D, CAPA, RCA, 5-Why, Fishbone

  • FMEA and quality improvement methodologies

  • Customer audits and quality reporting

• Good understanding of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
