Autoliv in Taubaté, Brazil, is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to act as the key quality liaison between our customers and the organization, driving rapid issue resolution and world-class quality performance.

You will lead structured problem-solving, manage customer-specific requirements, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to sustain continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in Quality Engineering or Customer Quality.
• Strong knowledge of 8D, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary quality liaison for customers and manage complaints.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve issues.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary quality contact for customers, managing complaints, quality concerns, and customer-specific requirements.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with experience in Quality Engineering or Customer Quality within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis) and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Experience interacting directly with customers and advanced English proficiency.
