Autoliv in Brazil is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to conduct production quality audits, supplier assessments, and drive corrective actions to improve quality and ensure compliance with Autoliv standards and customer requirements. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced English, and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Familiarity with Autoliv systems (L2L, JDE, PLM, GCWin, ManIT, Newton, GoSeeFix) is a plus and will support data-driven quality processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical standards and apply a systemic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct production quality audits and supplier assessments, ensuring compliance with Autoliv standards, customer requirements, and technical specifications.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives by supporting Jidoka activities, evaluating corrective actions, and validating the robustness and systemic implementation of solutions at supplier facilities.
• Monitor and follow up on supplier improvement action plans, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact on quality performance KPIs.
• Utilize quality and manufacturing systems (L2L, JDE, PLM, GCWin, ManIT, Newton, GoSeeFix, among others) to analyze data, support quality processes, and maintain operational excellence.

In This Role You Will Beresponsible For

• Conduct production quality audits and supplier assessments, ensuring compliance with Autoliv standards, customer requirements, and technical specifications.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives by supporting Jidoka activities, evaluating corrective actions, and validating the robustness and systemic implementation of solutions at supplier facilities.
• Monitor and follow up on supplier improvement action plans, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact on quality performance KPIs.
• Utilize quality and manufacturing systems (L2L, JDE, PLM, GCWin, ManIT, Newton, GoSeeFix, among others) to analyze data, support quality processes, and maintain operational excellence.
