Autoliv Brazil seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier audits, assess conformance to standards, and lead systemic problem solving across supplier facilities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and Power BI, and advanced English. Knowledge of L2L, JDE, PLM and other systems is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical standards and apply a systemic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced English communication skills; experience with Autoliv products, processes, or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct production quality audits and supplier assessments, ensuring compliance with Autoliv standards, customer requirements, and technical specifications.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives by supporting Jidoka activities, evaluating corrective actions, and validating the robustness and systemic implementation of solutions at supplier facilities.
• Monitor and follow up on supplier improvement action plans, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact on quality performance KPIs.
• Utilize quality and manufacturing systems (L2L, JDE, PLM, GCWin, ManIT, Newton, GoSeeFix, among others) to analyze data, support quality processes, and maintain operational excellence.
