Expected Outcomes
  1. Build Positive Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with 30-40 clients, engaging in 60-100 meaningful conversations weekly, making clients feel valued and supported.
  2. Provide Effective Support: Offer clear, helpful, and timely assistance to platinum clients aiming for a 90% retention rate.
  3. Ensure Client Satisfaction and Loyalty: Exceed client expectations, foster loyalty, and find joy in going above and beyond.
  4. Support Sales Campaigns: Set up and deploy sales campaigns proactively to help clients grow their business.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume inbox, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, offering thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Slack for communication, task organization, and tracking client interactions.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns or managing small projects with deadlines.
Nice to have…
  • Experience working with photographers, creatives, or small business owners.
  • Familiarity with project management and multitasking across clients.
  • Ability to write warm, personable, and professional client emails.
  • Calmness under pressure and maintaining a positive tone in challenging situations.
