Expected Outcomes
- Build Positive Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with 30-40 clients, engaging in 60-100 meaningful conversations weekly, making clients feel valued and supported.
- Provide Effective Support: Offer clear, helpful, and timely assistance to platinum clients aiming for a 90% retention rate.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction and Loyalty: Exceed client expectations, foster loyalty, and find joy in going above and beyond.
- Support Sales Campaigns: Set up and deploy sales campaigns proactively to help clients grow their business.

Required Experience
- 2-3 years in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital or creative industry.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume inbox, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, offering thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Slack for communication, task organization, and tracking client interactions.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or managing small projects with deadlines.
