Expected Outcomes
- Build Positive Client Relationships: Engage with 30-40 clients weekly, fostering strong relationships through 60-100 meaningful conversations, making each client feel valued and supported.
- Deliver Effective Support: Provide clear, helpful, and timely assistance to platinum clients aiming for a 90% retention rate.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction and Loyalty: Strive to exceed client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Support Sales Campaigns: Assist in setting up and deploying sales campaigns for platinum members, proactively helping clients grow their business.

Required Experience
- 2-3 years in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital, or creative industry.
- Proven experience managing a high-volume inbox, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Slack for communication, task organization, and tracking client interactions.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or managing small projects with deadlines.

- Familiarity with project management and juggling multiple tasks across clients.
