Expected Outcomes
  1. Build Positive Client Relationships: Engage with 30-40 clients weekly, fostering strong relationships through 60-100 meaningful conversations, making each client feel valued and supported.
  2. Deliver Effective Support: Provide clear, helpful, and timely assistance to platinum clients aiming for a 90% retention rate.
  3. Ensure Client Satisfaction and Loyalty: Strive to exceed client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  4. Support Sales Campaigns: Assist in setting up and deploying sales campaigns for platinum members, proactively helping clients grow their business.

Required Experience
  • 2-3 years in a client-facing or customer success role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital, or creative industry.
  • Proven experience managing a high-volume inbox, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing thoughtful, solution-oriented support.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Slack for communication, task organization, and tracking client interactions.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns or managing small projects with deadlines.
Nice to have…
  • Experience working with photographers, creatives, or small business owners.
  • Familiarity with project management and juggling multiple tasks across clients.
  • Ability to craft warm, personable, and professional client emails.
  • Calm under pressure and positive in challenging situations.
  • Interest in photo-related products like albums and prints.
