You will develop reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Looker, monitor campaigns with A/B tests, and present insights to stakeholders.

This role emphasizes collaboration across teams and translating technical data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology-related field.
• Experience in data analysis and SQL.
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• BI tool certifications or coursework in data analytics.
• Banking experience is a plus.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the integrity, quality, and hygiene of CRM database data by implementing automated data validation routines, anomaly monitoring, and contact database governance.
• Create and standardize technical documentation for CRM data and business rules, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and analytical workflows.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, as well as databases.
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of CRM campaigns by conducting A/B tests and hypothesis testing.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in the engagement funnel.
• Consolidate and present executive performance reports.
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to translate technical data into practical business recommendations.

• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
• Coursework in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Certifications in BI tools
• Banking experience is a plus
• Previous CRM experience is a plus
