Jobtailor is seeking a CRM & Growth Marketing Specialist to transform data into actionable campaigns and personalized messages across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp and more.

You will design journeys, analyze metrics, run A/B tests, and collaborate with Product, Marketing and Tech to scale personalization in a data-driven environment.

Qualificações

• CRM, relationship marketing or growth experience.
• Experience planning, executing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM metrics and the funnel (open rate, CTR, retention, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Power BI knowledge and SQL basics are a plus.

• Translate data into actions, develop personalized communications, and identify business opportunities through campaign management and customer behavior analysis
• Plan, operationalize, and monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and owned channels)
• Build and evolve customer relationship journeys focused on activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement objectives
• Develop segmentations and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data
• Monitor performance metrics and produce analyses to drive improvements
• Conduct tests and experiments for continuous optimization of campaigns and journeys
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams
• Support the creation of executive presentations and tracking of results
• Ensure delivery quality and communication consistency with a focus on customer experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in CRM, relationship marketing, growth, or related areas
• Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing communication campaigns
• Knowledge of CRM metrics and the relationship funnel (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, retention, opt-out, among others)
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodology
• Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Intermediate SQL knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience working in data- and metrics-driven environments
• Experience designing journeys and scaling personalization
