Responsabilidades

• Ensure CRM data integrity through cleansing and automated validation of data.

• Measure CRM campaigns with A/B tests and hypothesis testing to validate lifts and identify bottlenecks.

• Ensure the integrity, quality and cleansing of CRM database data by implementing automated data validation routines, anomaly monitoring and contact database governance.
• Create and standardize technical documentation for CRM data and business rules, detailing data dictionaries, data lineage and analytical workflows to ensure maintainability of the environment.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and databases to provide clear visibility into results and support business decision-making.
• Measure the impact and efficiency of CRM campaigns by conducting A/B tests and hypothesis testing to validate the incremental conversion lift generated by each action, as well as identify technical bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in the engagement funnel.
• Consolidate and present executive performance reports, holding periodic meetings with stakeholders to translate technical data into practical business guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or technology fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience in data analysis
• Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Courses in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence; certifications in BI tools
• Banking experience
• Prior experience working with CRM is a plus
