EF Language Abroadis seeking a knowledgeable, hands-on and sales-drivenCRM Analyst to elevate our program to the next level. Based in ourSão Paulooffice and reporting to theMarketing Coordinator.

TheCRM Analystwill have a pivotal role in driving our conversion rate by improving our direct communication with our database.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing and Whatsapp journeys and campaigns using Salesforce stack aligned with the different existing touchpoints.
  • Design and execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Segment database based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement data to deliver targeted messaging.
Direct Electronic Communication Planning & Execution:
  • Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communication with our audience.
  • Design and implement personalized campaigns that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Craft compelling subject lines, copy, and calls to action (CTAs) to drive engagement and conversions.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, events generating conversions and conversions.
  • A/B test on subject lines, email design, copy and imagery to continuously improve results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving email marketing strategy and content based on performance data.
Requirements:
  • Detailed insider knowledge of the market
  • 2 years of direct B2C marketing experience and working for a fast-paced growth company, preferably international and in a service-oriented sector. Experience in Tourism/Educational sector is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, hospitality industry or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work under pressure,multi-task, and possess outstanding organization skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, so as to be able to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others.
