#LI-HybridWe are looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed CRM Analyst to join the Delivery Marketing team. This person will be responsible for designing and executing lifecycle journeys and communication strategies that support the growth of our new delivery business, ensuring users receive relevant, personalized, and timely communications.This person will be in the CRM Team, the team responsible to manage our user base communications as well as structuring governance strategies to genenate engagement, business and brand results.
Developing lifecycle journeys across key user segments to increase engagement, retention, and reactivation
Creating and managing CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels
Collaborating with analytics, product, and marketing teams to build segmented and personalized strategies
Continuously testing and optimizing campaigns based on data insights and behavioral triggers
Supporting go-to-market initiatives with CRM flows and nurturing strategies
2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or data-driven communication roles
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Experience with SQL, data visualization, and performance tracking is a plus
Passion for customer behavior, testing, and iterative improvements
