In a nutshell
The CRM Analyst’s primary focus is to optimize and manage customer communication channels, analyze their performance, and develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. The CRM Analyst independently keeps track of the schedule of all communications in a project management software and keeps constant discussion with the rest of the team to prevent send-out overlaps, like sending two different e-mails to the same customer. The CRM Analyst also provides insights to the team regarding scheduling optimization on all communication types.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Communication Channel Management
- Oversees the setup, maintenance, and optimization of all customer communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Coordinates with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent and personalized messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manages a sendout calendar with all scheduled communication to ensure there are no overlaps, and that the entire team is aware of all sendouts.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of CRM campaigns and communication channels using key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).
- Generates insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and channel efficiency.
- Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to track CRM and communication channel KPIs.
- Conducts A/B testing and experiments to identify best practices for messaging, timing, and segmentation.
Customer Segmentation and Insights
- Leverages CRM tools and data to segment customers effectively based on behavior, demographics, and preferences.
- Identifies trends and opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborates with data and analytics teams to refine segmentation strategies and predictive models.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Works closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM activities with broader business objectives.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for CRM tools and communication platforms, providing training and support to team members.
Continuous Improvement
- Stays updated on industry trends, CRM technologies, and communication strategies to ensure best practices.
- Suggests and implements innovative ways to improve the customer experience through better communication management.
All you need is…
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) and communication tools.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Slack or related virtual workspace environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with FastTrack or similar.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Experience in the iGaming field.
