Your Purpose
The Corporate Sales Executive serves as the primary day-to-day contact for all MICE Groups and charter sales programs. This role is responsible for proactively seeking new opportunities in the corporate market (Corporate Sales Hunter), with a focus on prospecting corporate clients, while closely collaborating with MICE travel agents and incentive houses. The Executive will be tasked with maintaining existing client relationships, while primarily working to increase MSC’s visibility within the MICE market in Brazil.
In this role, the individual may be required to provide quotes, but the main responsibility is to manage communication with clients throughout the entire process, from lead qualification to the final business agreement. Additionally, the Corporate Sales Executive will coordinate internal communication to ensure the best offers are crafted for both the client and MSC.
Your Impact
Actively seek new contacts and opportunities to showcase the range of possibilities for MICE events on MSC ships.
Manage and respond to MICE inquiries through electronic channels and correspondence.
Provide general support and information for MICE and large group inquiries.
Represent the company at visits, trade shows, and industry events as needed, fostering relationships, and enhancing the MSC brand.
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and incentive houses in Brazil.
Address and resolve issues, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and information are provided.
Escort clients on site visits, sailings, and corporate programs or charters as required.
Facilitate special requests by collaborating with relevant department heads.
Distribute marketing materials and digital assets to MICE clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and timely responses.
Manage and track the MICE marketing budget. Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
Finalize MICE and large group agreements.
Seek out and explore new business channels.
Your Journey so far
Proven experience with Sales Navigator or similar client-hunting tools.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and service support roles.
Position is based in São Paulo and requires physical presence.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining performance under pressure.
Openness to travel overnight for sales meetings, seminars at sea, escorting group and charter programs on ships, and attending other industry events.
Reliable transportation and the ability to drive locally may be required.
Your Essentials
Advanced English proficiency is required (additional languages are considered an advantage).
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education preferred.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in PowerPoint and Excel. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills are also necessary.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
