We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Networks Manager with global expertise in scaling affiliate networks. The ideal candidate excels in affiliate network expansion and SaaS inbound marketing, with strong skills in email automation flows covering onboarding, activation, reactivation, and retention. Your role will be crucial in driving partner growth, expanding the affiliate network, and developing strategies to nurture affiliates for long-term success.
Success requires strategic thinking, relationship-building, and practical experience with affiliate platforms, SaaS marketing funnels, and digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global affiliate growth strategy aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
- Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential affiliates through networks, collaborations, and alliances.
- Design and optimize email nurture campaigns for onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Create campaigns to reactivate dormant affiliates and enhance existing performance.
- Negotiate partnerships, including CPA deals, sales commitments, and placements.
- Maintain strong relationships with top affiliates, influencers, and networks.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to improve ROI.
- Create content and engage in communities to establish DigitalOcean as a leader.
- Ensure compliance, mitigate fraud, and maintain program integrity.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing, especially SaaS, global networks, and inbound strategies.
- Experience in scaling programs and integrating with inbound campaigns.
- Expertise in email automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience creating targeted content and engaging communities.
