Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to drive software teams, shape technical direction, and deliver high-quality products. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion best practices across frontend and backend domains.

You will lead performance reviews, support IDPs, and foster open communication to sustain a high-performance, scalable engineering culture in a demanding environment.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 2) Experience with backend and frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js/NestJS.
• 3) Experience with public cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 4) Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub).
• 5) Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• 6) Knowledge of agile methodologies, project management, and software development best practices.
• 7) Strong command of SOLID and Clean Code.
• 8) Must reside in São Paulo.
• 9) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
• 10) Specific experience with Google Cloud (preferred).
• 11) Experience with CI/CD, preferably using GitHub Actions (preferred).
• 12) Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) (preferred).
