Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Mobile Architecture Lead in São Paulo to guide cross-functional teams building secure, scalable native apps. You will design the mobile architecture, set technical standards, mentor developers, and ensure code quality, automated testing, and LGPD/security compliance across integration with financial platforms.

This is a hybrid role with weekly on-site days at Vila Nova Conceição; strong React Native, Java Spring Boot, TypeScript, and security expertise are

Qualificações

Solid experience with React Native in medium- and large-scale applications.
Advanced proficiency in Java with Spring Boot.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript.
Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs with a focus on security and authentication.
Knowledge of modular mobile architecture, including MVVM and Clean Architecture.
Knowledge of mobile security, biometrics, and secure storage.
Experience with architectural governance, code reviews, and defining architectural standards.
Knowledge of Git and GitFlow.
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Knowledge of Brazil's LGPD and information security standards.
Experience integrating with financial platforms and digital payments ecosystems.
Excellent communication, leadership, delegation, and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical leadership, serving as a reference and focal point between mobile and backend teams and technology partners
Design the mobile architecture and define technical standards for projects
Ensure security governance for applications and integrations with financial platforms
Promote technical excellence through architectural best practices
Lead and ensure the quality of code reviews conducted by the team
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of automated tests
Ensure compliance with Android and iOS platform guidelines
Ensure compliance with established requirements and standards
Mentor developers and foster a culture of quality, security, and continuous improvement
Ensure applications comply with LGPD and the financial/digital payments ecosystem requirements
Act as guardian of code quality and architecture standards
Create and monitor code quality validation processes
Support the team in simplifying and solving complex problems
Delegate activities effectively and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site work once a week (Vila Nova Conceição, São Paulo)
Solid experience with React Native in medium- and large-scale applications
Advanced proficiency in Java with Spring Boot
Experience working on chatbot projects
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript
Knowledge of and experience with Context API, Redux, or Zustand
Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs, with a focus on security and authentication
Knowledge of modular mobile architecture, including MVVM and Clean Architecture
Knowledge of mobile security, biometrics, and secure storage
Experience integrating critical SDKs
Experience with technical governance, code reviews, and defining architectural standards
Knowledge of Git and GitFlow
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Knowledge of information security standards and Brazil's LGPD (General Data Protection Law)
