Jobtailor is looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Engineer to build end‑to‑end features in a hybrid setup in São Paulo, Brazil. You will work with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and the Mantine design system to create scalable web solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with technical leadership, write thorough tests, and participate in code reviews. This role emphasizes rapid learning, adaptability, and strong communication within lean teams.

Qualificações

• Proficient in full‑stack development using TypeScript and React.
• Experience integrating GraphQL APIs and building robust API architectures.
• Familiar with Mantine design system and PostgreSQL databases.

Responsabilidades

• Implement end‑to‑end features with leadership alignment.
• Develop and maintain full‑stack solutions with GraphQL APIs and Mantine UI.
• Write robust automated tests and ensure high test coverage.
• Submit well‑structured PRs for human‑in‑the-loop review.
• Participate in daily rituals and in-person squad alignment in São Paulo.

Requirements

• Implement new features end to end, accelerated by Claude Code and aligned with technical leadership
• Build and maintain full-stack solutions integrating GraphQL APIs with modern React + Mantine interfaces
• Write robust automated tests to ensure delivery stability
• Submit structured Pull Requests for detailed human-in-the-loop review
• Actively participate in daily rituals and in-person squad alignment meetings
• Strong command of TypeScript, React, and API architecture
• High familiarity and comfort with using AI tools in the daily development workflow (AI-assisted coding)
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt rapidly to new technologies
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in São Paulo, SP
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL (a plus)
• Experience with the Mantine design system/library (a plus)
• Knowledge of and practical experience with PostgreSQL (a plus)
• Curiosity and drive to learn quickly and explore new technical approaches
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills in lean teams
• Technical rigor when submitting PRs and ensuring test coverage
• Receptiveness to constructive code reviews and willingness to grow with the team
