Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is seeking a motivated student to join our audit and moderation team in Brazil. You will receive comprehensive training and help ensure high quality machine moderation across content.

You will analyze accounts for evasion techniques, calibrate the moderation model, and report findings to the model provider. This internship offers hands-on experience in policy enforcement and data analysis.

Qualificações

• Pursuing degree with expected graduation Dec 2027–Dec 2028.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented
• Ability to report findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with machine learning moderation models and calibration processes
• Understanding of Brazilian regulations regarding illegal content

Responsibilities:

• Receive comprehensive training in audit and moderation skills, in accordance with the established policy.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of machine moderation results, actively monitoring for errors or bypasses.
• Analyze accounts to identify any potential methods used to circumvent moderation controls.
• Proactively identify and handle high-risk content; remove such content immediately.When content requires further investigation or action, elevate promptly to relevant internal teams.
• Assist in calibrating and optimizing the machine moderation model by identifying issues such as false positives and leakages.
• Communicate regularly with the model provider to report findings and help calibrate the moderation system.
• Compile and maintain daily lists of violating terms and trends to support ongoing model calibration and improvement.
• Remain vigilant regarding illegal content trends and evolving policy risks specific to Brazil, ensuring the moderation approach adapts to these developments.
• Consistently uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance throughout all auditing and moderation activities.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Dec 2028;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify subtle or emerging risks in user-generated content.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to report findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with machine learning moderation models and willingness to learn technical calibration processes.
