Keeta is seeking an HRBP to join its Brazil HR team in São Paulo. You will partner with leadership to design and optimize the organization, drive talent development, and promote a strong corporate culture in a fast-growing global environment.

This hands-on role requires fluency in English, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in high-growth, 0→1 settings. You will contribute to strategic HR initiatives across international teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting international teams preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist business leaders in building an efficient organizational structure and align goals with the management team.
• Regularly conduct organizational diagnostics to identify issues and proactively follow up on solutions.
• Provide talent review, development, and succession planning for key talents across departments.
• Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the HR function and organization.
• Develop tailored HR plans aligned with business strategy from formulation to execution.

About the position

We are looking for a HRBP to join our HR team in Brazil.

You will collaborate with a lean, high-impact team responsible for different business lines and strategic projects.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone comfortable operating in high-growth, 0→1 environments, balancing strategy, execution, and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities:

Organizational Optimization:

• Assist business leaders in building an efficient organizational structure for Keeta, facilitating alignment of goals within the management team.
• Regularly conduct organizational diagnostics to identify key issues and challenges, and proactively follow up on solutions.

Talent Development:

• Utilize talent review, development, and co-creation facilitation methods to focus on the recruitment, training, development, and advancement of key talents.
• Provide strong talent pipeline support and help build talent succession plans for business departments.

Culture Implementation:

• Drive the implementation and promotion of corporate culture and values within the department.
• Regularly organize employee engagement and care activities to communicate company philosophy and values, strengthening team cohesion and morale.

Strategic Partnership:

• Gain deep understanding of the business strategy of the international team.
• Participate in the entire process from strategy formulation to execution, and develop tailored HR plans to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, HRBP experience; experience supporting international teams is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate efficiently with international teams and partners.
• Strong logical thinking and learning ability, solid HR fundamentals, self-driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
