Fonio is building an AI voice agent platform aimed at SMBs. We are seeking a Content Marketing Lead for Brazil who will own all messaging and creative across paid, organic and product positioning. You’ll craft website copy, ads, and social content that resonates with Brazilian SMBs and supports rapid growth.

The role emphasizes native Portuguese writing, performance-focused messaging, and close collaboration with creators and customers to shape Fonio’s voice in the market.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in Content Marketing, Copywriting or Growth Marketing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fast-growing software.
• Outstanding writing in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused copy.
• Analytical mindset and a passion for experimentation.
• Native Brazilian Portuguese and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own website and landing page copy for the Brazilian market.
• Write high-performing copy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid channels.
• Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social.
• Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.
• Collaborate with creators, customers and influencers to produce authentic content.
• Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing and performance insights.
• Help shape product positioning and go-to-market messaging.

The role

You'll own Content Marketing for the Brazilian market and shape how thousands of businesses discover, understand and trust fonio.

From performance ads and landing pages to organic content and product messaging, you'll help define our voice across every stage of the customer journey.
