What You’ll Do
- Own a 30-day editorial calendar covering blog articles, case studies, social posts, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Draft, edit, and publish SEO-optimized content that drives qualified traffic and nurtures prospects through the funnel.
- Keep corporate social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X) active, consistent, and on-brand.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to turn subject-matter expertise into compelling stories, one-pagers, and webinar scripts.
- Design basic graphics or short video snippets in Canva, Figma, or CapCut to accompany written assets.
- Distribute content via HubSpot (or HighLevel), segmenting audiences and personalizing email workflows.
- Automate routine tasks with Zapier or Make to ensure data flows smoothly between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools.
- Track performance in Google Analytics and Sheets; present clear insights on traffic, engagement, and lead quality.
- Provide concise process documentation and training for sales teams in South America.
Must-Have Experience
- 1–3 years producing and managing content within a modern CRM or marketing-automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success running multi-channel content programs (blog, email, social).
- Familiarity with Zapier or Make for workflow automation.
- Portfolio with at least two writing samples plus one visual or video asset.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets abilities for quick analysis and reporting.
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Agency background managing multiple brand voices.
- Hands-on use of AI content tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.).
- Basic HTML/CSS for formatting blog and email templates.
- Experience supporting recruitment-marketing or employer-branding initiatives.
