We’re seeking a data-driven Affiliate & Digital Marketing Manager to help us build and scale performance marketing channels with a focus on affiliate partnerships.
This is a dynamic role that blends affiliate marketing with hands-on digital marketing. You’ll not only manage affiliate partners but will also optimize the entire marketing funnel. From performance campaigns to strategy, you will shape our growth from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate across creative, product, and operations teams to drive results.
Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships
Source, pitch, and close affiliate deals with content creators, publishers, influencers, and niche communities.
Build and manage scalable affiliate systems, tools, and tracking infrastructure.
Optimize partner performance through ongoing testing, enablement, and communication.
Digital Marketing Execution
Manage website performance, email flows, paid social campaigns, and SEO.
Write compelling copy for landing pages, emails, and ads with a focus on conversion.
Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), focusing on ROI and lead generation.
Continuously A/B test messaging, creatives, and user journeys.
Technical Marketing Ops
Set up and maintain cold outreach systems (email domains, LinkedIn automation, CRM tools).
Leverage AI tools and digital marketing platforms for lead generation, reporting, and campaign optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs across affiliate and digital marketing channels.
Report on traffic, conversion, CPA, and affiliate revenue performance.
Use insights to optimize strategies and scale successful tactics.
2+ years in affiliate marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
Proven experience in copywriting, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and paid ads.
Strong grasp of email marketing, SEO, and website optimization.
Comfortable with outbound marketing tools and affiliate platforms.
Bonus: Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
Highly proactive, analytical, and resourceful.
Launch an affiliate program and sign your first 25+ partners.
Book 100+ prospect meetings through outbound outreach.
Launch and optimize paid social and email campaigns.
Improve website conversion rates and grow qualified traffic.
Build a performance dashboard to track key metrics.
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000/month
