These teams typically include a proven performance marketing CMO, campaign and CRM managers, conversion and product managers, data scientists, front/back end developers, and creative professionals as needed. Supported by proprietary technology for advanced analysis and real-time optimization, Exactius acts as an extension of your internal teams with the goal of faster growth and increased profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with an international team of professionals across various domains to meet shared KPIs (BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, CRM, etc.)
  • Manage, review, and execute account responsibilities on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms
  • Regularly communicate with clients, provide recommendations, and implement strategies for new opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, display networks, and other paid search aspects aligned with KPIs
  • Set up, optimize campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and analyze KPIs to improve search visibility
  • Stay updated on PPC and paid social industry trends and developments
  • Monitor and manage web analytics dashboards, reports, and key performance tools in line with company goals

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Performance Marketer
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Search Campaigns, Shopping Campaigns, Google Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, or other paid media channels
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Experience managing large client budgets (over $100K/month) is a plus

Communication Skills:

  • Proficiency in English with professional communication skills
  • Excellent written communication and friendly phone etiquette
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
  • This is a client-facing role.
  • Must be a ROCK STAR with the ability to learn new industries quickly and apply knowledge effectively
  • Creative problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation working remotely
  • Willing to work in the EST time zone
