The organization seeks a content creator who can keep campaigns on schedule, maintain brand voice across channels, and turn performance data into clear recommendations.
The Content Marketing Associate plans, produces, and publishes a steady cadence of digital assets. Responsibilities include maintaining a 30-day editorial calendar, drafting blog articles and email sequences, writing social captions and SMS copy, scheduling posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, creating basic graphics or short videos, coordinating with external agencies, updating HubSpot lists, triggering workflows, automating processes with Zapier or Make, and logging performance in Google Sheets. Weekly reports analyze traffic, engagement, and leads to provide actionable insights.
Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of content production experience within a CRM or marketing automation environment, with HubSpot experience being especially valuable. A portfolio demonstrating audience-focused writing and at least one visual or video sample is required. Familiarity with social schedulers, lightweight design or video editing tools, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Within 90 days, the associate should publish at least 25 scheduled content pieces, help launch an email and SMS nurture sequence with an open rate of 18% or higher and unsubscribe rate below 1%, reduce manual post-scheduling time by 20%, and deliver a metrics sheet tracking traffic, engagement, and leads.
