What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid channels.
- Manage and update a 30-day content calendar aligning messaging, creative assets, and launch dates.
- Maintain active, on-brand social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X).
- Create basic graphics and short videos using Canva, Figma, or CapCut; coordinate with external creatives as needed.
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot (or HighLevel) and connect data via Zapier/Make.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure clear lead-handoff processes.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams in Latin America, providing localized assets and concise playbooks.
Must-Have Experience
- 3–5 years in a hands-on marketing role with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, paid).
- Proficiency in building automation workflows in Zapier or Make.
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two self-created graphics or short videos.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Agency background managing multiple brands or clients.
- Experience with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc.).
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template adjustments.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing or talent sourcing initiatives.

- Launch an automated email + SMS nurture sequence achieving ≥ 20% open rate and ≤ 1% unsubscribe rate.
- Publish a full month of scheduled social media posts without delays.
