About The Position
As a Senior Sales Relationship Executive, you will play a critical role in driving AMORIM’s growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and securing new business opportunities across global markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to international clients, bridging their goals with AMORIM’s tailored solutions. This is a strategic role for someone who can balance business development with long-term account nurturing.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Lead proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts to grow our client base, focusing on international B2B/B2C clients.
  • Identify high-value expansion opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Strengthen existing client partnerships through regular engagement, upselling, and cross-selling relevant services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to broader commercial strategies.

The person we’re looking for

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Experience in acquiring new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Confidence managing complex sales with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working across cultures and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
