Growth Troops is a rapidly expanding men’s health network with over 400 clinics across the United States. We are strengthening our marketing team and seeking a content creator to manage campaigns, maintain brand voice across channels, and analyze performance data to inform strategies.
The Content Marketing Associate will plan, produce, and publish digital content regularly. Responsibilities include maintaining a 30-day editorial calendar, drafting blog articles and email sequences, creating social media captions and SMS copy, and coordinating with external agencies for larger creative projects. Daily tasks involve scheduling posts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X, creating basic graphics or short videos using Canva or Figma, updating HubSpot lists, triggering nurture workflows, automating tasks with Zapier or Make, and logging campaign performance in Google Sheets. Weekly reports will analyze traffic, engagement, and lead metrics, providing actionable insights for the team.
Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of content production experience within a CRM or marketing automation environment, with HubSpot experience being highly valuable. A portfolio demonstrating clear, audience-focused writing is required, along with at least one visual or short video sample. Familiarity with social media schedulers, basic design or video editing tools, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Within the first 90 days, the associate is expected to publish at least 25 scheduled content pieces on time, help launch an email and SMS nurture sequence with an open rate of 18% or higher and unsubscribe rate below 1%, reduce manual post-scheduling time by 20% through improved workflows, and deliver a metrics sheet tracking traffic, engagement, and lead capture in a clear format.
