This role is a strategic and hands-on leadership position focused on growing and managing a video-centric content engine, including a recurring podcast and YouTube channel. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in scaling content channels, increasing engagement, and leveraging multimedia content for demand generation in SaaS, media, or creator-first ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision, editorial calendar, and performance goals for the YouTube channel and podcast, aiming for audience growth and engagement.
  • Manage guest outreach, scheduling, and pre-interview preparations to ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee end-to-end video production, collaborating with editors and creatives for consistent, on-brand content.
  • Implement distribution strategies across platforms like YouTube, Apple, Spotify, LinkedIn, and newsletters, utilizing organic, paid, and SEO tactics.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to optimize content and distribution.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align messaging, drive conversions, and repurpose content into campaigns.
  • Mentor junior team members, establish workflows, and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Manage social media content and engagement, tailoring strategies for each platform.
  • Oversee content creation on WordPress and newsletters, ensuring SEO and content quality.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM for campaign management and audience segmentation.
  • Innovate in using audio/video content for customer education, onboarding, and retention.
Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years in podcast production, content marketing, or YouTube management with demonstrated ownership.
  • Experience in growing audiences and monetization strategies on YouTube and podcasts.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Deep understanding of podcast and YouTube publishing platforms, social media, and content workflows.
  • Strong design skills with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting SaaS or tech companies is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment during U.S. business hours.
