Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of SAP QM experience.
• Experience with ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position is responsible for leading SAP QM functional solution delivery across AGCO's global manufacturing and quality processes.

This role partners closely with AGCO business stakeholders, IT teams, and support functions to understand quality management requirements, translate them into scalable SAP solutions, and deliver business value through requirements definition, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

Gather and translate business requirements into SAP QM solutions, partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to support manufacturing operations.

Design, configure, test, and implement SAP QM processes, including ECC and S/4Hana projects, rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvements initiatives.
