Hydro Global Business Services in Brazil is seeking a SAP Senior Specialist PP/QM for S4 Hana to optimize and maintain our SAP landscape. You will handle ticket resolution, system troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will lead upgrades, drive continuous improvement, and develop documentation for SAP configurations and processes across manufacturing interfaces. Advanced English is required; IT/Business degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of SAP experience in ECC6 or S4 Hana.
• Senior-level expertise in PP and QM modules.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, procurement, inventory, logistics and finance related to SAP.
• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES systems.

• Provide expert guidance in SAP solutions, focusing on support and maintenance, taking ownership of ticket resolution and troubleshooting complex issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users and third-party vendors to resolve SAP-related incidents, problems and change requests.
• Perform system analysis, design and enhancements to meet business requirements, including diverse interfaces and integration points.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement preventive measures to enhance system stability and optimize business operations using SAP best practices.
• Lead SAP system upgrades, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting and maintaining the clean core initiative.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP configurations, processes and procedures, with emphasis on manufacturing processes and integration points.

What will make you successful?

Education

• IT/ Business Degree or Equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6 / S4 Hana) with hands-on application management;
• Proven track record of extensive and senior-level experience in SAP, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of PP and QM modules, with a history of delivering high-impact solutions in a senior capacity;
• Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience with three or more of the following SAP areas: materials management, procurement, inventory warehouse management, sales operations, logistics, finance and controlling;
• Strong continuous improvement, problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues;
• Integration experience integrating SAP with different business systems, especially MES systems, as well as experience working with integration tools;
• Experience in a discrete manufacturing and/or automotive environment is preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
• Solid understanding of manufacturing business processes related to the business application(s) concerned;
• Understanding of the technical environment of the business application(s) concerned;
• Advanced English (verbal and written);
• Knowledge of basic project management and change management procedures within IT.
