Job summary

Siemens Energy Brasil Ltda. seeks an experienced SAP Solution Analyst/Architect for Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM) to bridge business and IT across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.

You will translate requirements into SAP solutions, document processes, and drive standardized, sustainable SAP PP/MM processes. You will design and optimize PP/MM in ECC and S/4HANA, lead enhancements, support testing and data migration, and collaborate across regions and SAP areas

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience in SAP PP/MM consulting, design, rollout or support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP and MM processes in ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, planning, materials, and procurement.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; APO/PP-DS/Ariba/QM is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize standard SAP solutions and read ABAP code basics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or a comparable field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
• Experience in SAP consulting, business process design, implementation, rollout, or support, with strong exposure to production planning, material management, logistics, or procurement.
• Expert knowledge of SAP PP and MM processes and customizing in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, planning, materials, and procurement processes, including integration across functional areas.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA; knowledge of APO, embedded PP/DS, SAP Ariba, or SAP QM is an advantage.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and meet business needs by prioritizing standard SAP solutions whenever appropriate.
• Ability to read ABAP code and perform debugging is desirable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• A reliable, motivated, hands-on, and learning-oriented mindset, with strong organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluent Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams across regions.
