AGCO is seeking a Sr Eng Technical Support for Planters and Tillage equipment to maintain JDE and SAP configurators, ensuring compatible features and alignment with engineering, marketing and production needs. You will support order processing and configuration quality, partnering with multiple departments to enable efficient product introductions.

The role emphasizes accurate data, ECN-aligned change control, and smooth pre-series order support in an onsite environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance JDE and SAP configurators, including configuration rules, characteristics, variant tables, and product structures for Beloit products.
• Resolve configuration issues impacting order entry and ensure system setups remain aligned with product releases and engineering changes.
• Support pre-series orders and implement variant configuration updates to meet business and product requirements.
• Coordinate and align configuration effective dates with ECNs, ensuring data accuracy and change control compliance.
• Audit sales order configurations against planned orders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and manufacturing readiness.

Job Summary

Maintains and improves product configuration for Planters and Tillage equipment in the JDE/SAP systems. The role ensures that JDE and SAP configurators accurately allow compatible product features, prevent incompatible combinations, and remain aligned with engineering, marketing, operations and new product introduction requirements. The position supports reliable order processing, configuration quality, process efficiency, and cross-functional adoption of configuration standards.
