A Jobgether SRL procura um Consultor de Ciência de Dados Sênior no Brasil para liderar iniciativas de analytics que conectam estratégia de negócios a soluções analíticas avançadas.

O papel envolve colaborar com clientes internos e externos, definir KPIs, construir dashboards e apresentar recomendações executivas com impacto financeiro mensurável. Modelos preditivos, BI e storytelling são parte central das atividades diárias.

Qualificações

• Experiência em consultoria de Data Science.
• Experiência em traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções analíticas.
• Conhecimento de técnicas estatísticas e modelos preditivos.
• Capacidade de comunicação e storytelling para nível executivo.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir sessões de descoberta e workshops com stakeholders.
• Traduzir problemas de negócio em abordagens analíticas.
• Atuar como ponte entre negócio e equipes de ciência de dados.
• Desenhar KPIs, dashboards e frameworks analíticos para tomada de decisão.
• Construir business cases e quantificar valor financeiro/estratégico.
• Apresentar insights de forma clara para executivos.
• Contribuir para projetos de forecasting, pricing e market intelligence.

This role is designed for a senior data and analytics consultant who bridges the gap between business strategy and advanced analytical solutions.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand complex business challenges and translate them into structured, data-driven opportunities.
The position plays a strategic role in identifying value creation opportunities through analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence.
You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that analytical initiatives are aligned with business priorities and impact.
A strong focus will be placed on storytelling, executive communication, and the translation of data insights into actionable decisions.
You will also contribute to defining KPIs, building business cases, and quantifying the financial and strategic impact of solutions.
This is a high-impact consulting role in a dynamic environment where data is directly tied to business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to map business processes and understand analytical needs.
• Translate business problems into analytical approaches, defining modeling assumptions and solution frameworks.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and data science teams, prioritizing initiatives based on value and impact.
• Design KPIs, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Build structured business cases and quantify the financial or strategic value of proposed analytical solutions.
• Deliver executive presentations, transforming complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Support the design and interpretation of statistical and predictive models applied to business problems.
• Collaborate on data-driven initiatives related to forecasting, demand planning, pricing, and market intelligence.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Data Science consulting, Business Analytics, or Data-driven strategy roles.
• Strong analytical background with knowledge of statistical and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience in translating business needs into analytical solutions and data science requirements.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Design Thinking and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in projects involving demand forecasting, elasticity modeling, or applied AI in business contexts.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially in executive-level presentations.
• Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related quantitative fields (preferred).
• Experience in digital transformation or market intelligence projects is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to influence stakeholders.
